For nearly a decade, we have conducted a broad series of management consulting projects as The Teagarden Group, LLC. With our clients, we have taken deep dives into organizational culture and structure, change management, leadership, values, strategy, talent development, workplace conflict, human resources department creation, and training design and delivery. The majority of our consulting projects have been in small businesses run by growth-oriented owners and partners who lead enterprises with under 50 employees and less than ten million in annual revenue.
The culmination of this experience resulted in the creation of scandentHR™, a strategic human resources management consultancy dedicated to creating people-centered competitive advantage for growing small businesses.
scandentHR™ is proud to be a SBA certified Woman Owned Small Business.
