With our clients, we have taken deep dives into organizational culture and structure, change management, leadership, values, strategy, talent development, workplace conflict, human resources department creation, and training design and delivery. The majority of our consulting projects have been in small businesses run by growth-oriented owners and partners who lead enterprises with under 50 employees and less than ten million in annual revenue.

Dr. Elizabeth Teagarden, SHRM-SCP, is the founder of scandentHR™. Dr. Teagarden earned her doctorate from North Carolina State University. She has over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, entrepreneurship, and organization science.

Dr. Teagarden holds admitted membership in leading workforce and organization science associations, including the American Psychological Association and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In addition, she maintains top credentialing through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP), as well as active membership in the Academy of Human Resource Development and World at Work. Active participation in these important organizations enables us to remain on the cutting edge of the science of human development and the applied practice of strategic human resource management.
